Paramedical Insurance Examiner
Qualifications for this certificate are:
Current ASPT member, and;
Applicant must be an ASPT, NCA, AMT, or ASCP Certified Phlebotomy Technician. Included are also individuals licensed in nursing or clinical laboratory procedures.
A mounted EKG must be submitted with completed examination, and;
A letter from the instructor, or supervisor, describing duties of the job and length of time employed, must accompany the membership application.
** Proof of National Phlebotomy Certification required
Examination Fee $55.00 plus membership fee
